Thank you so much for shopping with Dwell & Thread Co. — it truly means the world to me! Here is everything you need to know about getting your order to you.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days, Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT or on weekends will be processed the next business day. During busy seasons like holidays or sales, processing may take a little longer, I will always do my best to get your order out as quickly as possible!

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.

ORDER TRACKING 

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your package. If you do not receive one please reach out at dwellthread@gmail.com and I will get that sorted for you! 

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Dwell & Thread Co. cannot be responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information. If you catch a mistake right away email me at dwellthread@gmail.com and I will do my best to help before your order ships!

SHIPPING DELAYS

I do everything I can to get your order to you on time but occasional delays can happen due to weather, high shipping volumes, or other factors outside my control. I appreciate your patience so much!

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package is lost or missing please reach out right away at dwellthread@gmail.com and I will open an investigation with the carrier and work to get it resolved. Please note that packages marked as delivered but not received will need to be followed up with your local postal carrier directly.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to limited inventory Dwell & Thread Co. is unable to cancel, exchange, or return orders. I truly appreciate your grace and understanding — it means everything!
