Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CT) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (like holidays or sales events), processing times may be longer. I will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your package. If you do not, please reach out to texastiaraa@gmail.com

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Texas Tiara Inc. cannot be responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • If you realize you’ve made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you before your order is shipped.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, high shipping volumes, or customs clearance.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost or missing, please contact us right away. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "delivered" but not received. In this case, please check with your local postal service or delivery carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

  • With limited inventory, Texas Tiara Inc. is unable to cancel, exchange, or return orders placed. If you have any questions please contact us.
