HOW SHOULD I WASH MY PRODUCTS?

To keep your pieces looking their best, wash them inside out on a gentle cycle. Air drying is always best and avoid the dryer and direct heat to keep the print and fabric looking fresh and lasting longer!

WHAT IS THE SIZING OF THE PRODUCTS?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING FOR MY ORDER?

Yes, absolutely! Once your order ships you will receive an email with all your tracking information so you can watch it make its way home to you.

MY ORDER TRACKING SHOWS IT IS STUCK OR LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Once an order ships it is in the hands of the carrier so please reach out to USPS or FedEx directly for updates. You are also always welcome to email us at dwellthread@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to help you out!

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

Due to limited inventory we are unable to accept cancellations or returns. We know that is not always what you want to hear and we truly appreciate your grace and understanding.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed and processed we are unable to modify the shipping address so please double check those details before checking out. If you catch a mistake right away email us at dwellthread@gmail.com as fast as you can and we will do our absolute best to get it figured out!

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

That is the last thing we want! If your order arrives damaged please email us at dwellthread@gmail.com with a description and photos and we will take care of you.
