How should I wash my products?

To keep your print looking fresh, I recommend washing your items inside out. For drying, air dry is best—please avoid using direct heat like a dryer, as it can damage the fabric and print.

What is the sizing of the products?

All items are unisex. If you're going for a relaxed, oversized look, I suggest sizing up. If you have any sizing questions, feel free to reach out to us at texastiara@gmail.com.

Can I buy your products in person?

Currently, we only offer our products online through our website. Be sure to follow us on social media @texas.tiara for any in-person pop-up events or local markets we might be attending!

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days. Please note, this processing time doesn’t include transit time. We appreciate your patience and understanding! If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to email us at texastiara@gmail.com.

Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

My order tracking shows it's stuck or lost. What should I do?

Once your order is shipped, we unfortunately can’t assist with delivery issues. Please contact your local USPS, FedEx, or courier for updates. You can also reach out to us directly, and we’ll be happy to help in any way we can.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Due to limited inventory, we’re unable to accept order cancellations or returns. We truly appreciate your understanding and support!

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

Once an order is placed and processed, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please double-check your details before completing the purchase. If you realize a mistake after submitting the order, email us as soon as possible at texastiara@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please email us at texastiara@gmail.com with a description and any photos of the damage. We'll review the details and take care of it.

Do you restock designs once they’re sold out?

We can’t guarantee that sold-out designs will be restocked, but follow us on out socials like Instagram @texas.tiara for the latest updates and sneak peeks at new releases!
