Because every piece is handmade and made to order just for you, I'm not able to accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns once an order is placed. I truly appreciate your understanding!

If your order arrives damaged or isn't right, please email me at dwellthread@gmail.com with a description and photos, and I'll work something out with you.
